Unrestricted file upload in affected eZ Publish Kernel and Legacy releases allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. Upload handling accepts executable PHP-family filenames, while permissive vhosts execute uploaded PHP files rather than limiting execution to app.php. Exploitation requires access to a file-upload path and a vhost that executes PHP files other than app.php.
