Backend credential disclosure via attachment details

Credential exposure in OpenStack Cinder before 14.1.0, 15.0.0 through 15.1.0, and 16.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read credentials. The ScaleIO/VxFlex OS driver places its backend username and password in connection_info returned by Block Storage v3 attachment-detail calls. Any tenant able to create a volume and show its attachment details can reuse the shared credentials against other tenants' volumes or the management API if its endpoint is known.
