Kafka credential disclosure via serialized authentication configuration

Information disclosure in Jaeger before 1.18.1 allows local users to read Kafka credentials from container logs. Kafka storage initialization serializes plaintext and Kerberos authentication configuration at the default info log level, and password fields lacked JSON exclusion tags. The Kafka data store and password-based authentication must be configured, and the attacker must have permission to read the container log.
