Insufficient randomness in Red Hat Ansible Engine before 2.9.6 allows local users to disclose passwords generated by same-length lookups. The template method in lib/ansible/template/init.py caches a multi-expression Jinja2 result without requiring only_one, so two password lookups in one task reuse one generated value. The flaw requires a playbook to evaluate multiple same-length password lookups in one task, exposing every reused password if one becomes known.
