Host denial of service via inflight message flooding

Resource exhaustion in DPDK 19.11 before 19.11.2 and 20.02 before 20.02.1 allows local users to deny service to the host. librte_vhost replaces stored inflight mappings and descriptors for repeated VHOST_USER_GET_INFLIGHT_FD requests without first releasing the previous resources. Exploitation requires a malicious container with direct access to the host's vhost-user socket, and exhaustion interrupts the backend and dependent guests.
