Host memory corruption via unchecked mapping arithmetic

Integer overflow in DPDK 18.05 and later allows guest OS users to corrupt host memory through a crafted vhost-user request. vhost_user_set_log_base() adds the guest-supplied mapping offset and size without checking for wraparound, so it can map a region smaller than subsequent accesses expect. A guest or container must reach a host application using librte_vhost; resulting corruption can alter memory or crash that backend.
