Sensitive-data disclosure via overbroad Job Invocation access

Improper authorization in Foreman Ansible before 4.0.3.4 allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive Job Invocation input. The Job Invocation view exposes its User Input entry, including plaintext passwords, to users who lack permission to execute that invocation. Any Satellite user able to browse job invocations can search the exposed inputs, but the reported consequence is read-only disclosure.
