Daemon crash via null-unsafe storage path comparison

NULL pointer dereference in libvirt 3.10.0 through 5.10.0 allows remote authenticated users to crash libvirtd over a read-only connection. storagePoolLookupByTargetPathCallback compares a requested path with a network pool's absent target path using the non-null-safe STREQ macro, which reaches strcmp with a NULL argument. Exploitation requires an active storage pool without a target path, such as a Gluster or RBD pool, and interrupts the daemon for other clients.
