Authenticated code execution via disguised PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in CMS Made Simple 2.2.13 Filemanager allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code via a crafted file. The m1_files[] handler in admin/moduleinterface.php accepts PHP content sent as application/octet-stream with a .php.jpegd name without requiring a valid JPEG. Administrative Filemanager access is required, and successful exploitation runs arbitrary PHP with the web server's privileges.
