Stored browser-script execution via .pxd upload

Stored XSS in the Filemanager of CMS Made Simple 2.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The upload handler accepts an application/octet-stream .pxd file through m1_files[] and stores embedded HTML event-handler content as a persistent file. Filemanager access and a subsequent user's interaction with the uploaded file are required, after which the script executes in the victim's browsing context.
