Command execution via unsafe system and open calls

OS command injection in PerlSpeak 2.01 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through unsafe Perl calls. The library passes attacker-controlled values to Perl's system function and two-argument open, which can interpret shell metacharacters or pipe-prefixed filenames as operating-system commands. Applications expose the flaw when they route untrusted input into these library paths, and successful commands run with the host process's privileges.
