Deserialization in FasterXML jackson-databind before 2.9.10.4 allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted JSON input. Polymorphic deserialization fails to block com.caucho.config.types.ResourceRef, allowing its caucho-quercus gadget behavior to run. Exposure requires untrusted JSON, permissive typing, the gadget library on the classpath, and application processing of the payload.
