Information disclosure via wDescribeLen bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in Eaton HMiSoft VU3 3.00.23 and earlier allows attackers to disclose information via a crafted VU3 input file. The parser processes the wDescribeLen field without validating its length before reading past the allocated buffer. Exploitation requires opening a malicious file or visiting a page that causes the file to be opened; the read is reported to disclose memory, and chained flaws could enable code execution in the current process.
