Insulin-delivery control via unauthenticated RF commands

Improper access control in Insulet Omnipod Insulin Management System allows physically proximate attackers to control insulin delivery. The Pod's RF protocol accepts commands from unauthorized devices because it does not authenticate or authorize communications with the PDM. An attacker within RF range can intercept or modify transmitted data, change pump settings, and control insulin delivery without privileges or user interaction.
