Out-of-bounds reads in Delta Electronics DOPSoft 4.00.08.15 and earlier allow remote attackers to disclose data or crash the application. The DPA project-file parser reads user-controlled data without adequate bounds validation, accessing memory before or beyond allocated buffers. Exploitation requires a user to open a crafted DPA file or visit malicious content, and the documented standalone effects are data disclosure and an application crash.
