Authentication bypass via unchecked blacklisted token refresh

Authentication bypass in drf-jwt 1.15.x before 1.15.1 allows remote attackers to obtain working tokens from invalidated JWTs. The refresh path's check_payload function decodes and renews a supplied JWT without consulting BlacklistedToken records, so token revocation is not enforced. Exploitation requires refresh and blacklist support to be enabled and possession of a blacklisted token, restoring the token holder's application access.
