Content spoofing via malformed HTTP responses

Spoofing in Microsoft Edge Legacy allows remote attackers to redirect users or falsify content through a crafted URL. The EdgeHTML HTTP parser incorrectly interprets crafted responses, permitting attacker-controlled navigation or content to appear associated with a trusted site. Exploitation requires a user to click the URL and interact with the resulting site; the direct impact is deceptive content or redirection, and the flaw can supply a pivot for chains with other web-service flaws.
