Broken access control in iCatch DVR firmware before 20200103 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate arbitrary files. The file management interface exposes download, write, and delete operations without proper authorization checks. Valid low-privilege credentials and network access are required; successful use permits file disclosure, alteration, or deletion on the DVR.
