Category deletion via unprotected administrator GET request

CSRF in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote attackers to delete categories through an administrator's browser. The admin/manage-categories.php endpoint accepts credentialed GET requests carrying id and action=delete without a CSRF token. A logged-in Superuser must visit attacker-controlled content; successful requests delete knowledge-base categories.
