Published Mar 12, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

The admin/manage-departments.php endpoint processes a state-changing POST with attacker-chosen name and visibility fields without CSRF protection. A logged-in Superuser must load attacker-controlled content, after which the browser submits the department creation request with that user's session.
