Dynamics web-request handling fails to sanitize attacker-controlled request data before placing it in browser-rendered output; Microsoft does not identify the affected endpoint or parameter. Exploitation requires low-privileged Dynamics access and user interaction, and the script runs in the affected user's browser context.
