News deletion via unprotected cross-origin request

Cross-site request forgery in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote attackers to delete news articles through a crafted request. The admin/manage-news.php deletion action accepts id and action=del from a credential-bearing cross-origin GET request without anti-CSRF validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in Superuser to load attacker-controlled content, and the resulting requests delete the selected news records.
