Glossary deletion via unprotected state-changing request

Cross-site request forgery in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows attackers to delete glossary terms via crafted requests. The admin/manage-glossary.php endpoint accepts the state-changing GET parameters id and action=del without any anti-CSRF protection. Exploitation requires a logged-in Superuser to load attacker-controlled content, whose credentialed browser requests can delete targeted glossary entries.
