Comment deletion via missing CSRF validation

Cross-site request forgery in PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote attackers to delete comments through an administrator's session. The handler accepts GET requests containing cid and action=del and deletes the selected comment without a CSRF token or origin validation. Exploitation requires a logged-in Superuser to load attacker-controlled content, and the published request loop can delete as many as 500 comments.
