Article deletion via unprotected administrative request

Cross-site request forgery in admin/manage-articles.php in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows attackers to delete articles. The deletion endpoint accepts an article identifier with action=del in a GET request without anti-CSRF protection. Exploitation requires a signed-in Superuser to load attacker-controlled content, which submits requests that delete selected article records.
