Superuser custom-field creation via missing CSRF protection

Cross-site request forgery in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote attackers to create custom fields through a Superuser session. The admin/add-field.php handler accepts a state-changing custom-field submission without validating an anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in Superuser to submit an attacker-crafted request, and the demonstrated consequence is unauthorized custom-field creation.
