Reflected XSS via unneutralized report URI
Published Mar 12, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Reflected XSS in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted report URI. admin/header.php handles the URI for admin/report-user.php without neutralizing the question-mark-prefixed payload before inserting it into HTML. Administrator access and a victim opening the crafted URI are required; script executes in the victim's browser context and can read or modify page data.
