Authenticated script execution via unneutralized URI payload

Reflected XSS in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to run script via a crafted admin page URI. admin/header.php passes a question-mark-prefixed payload into admin/optimize-database.php page output without neutralizing its script or HTML. An administrator must open the crafted URI; the payload then runs in that administrator's browser context and can read or alter accessible page data.
