Reflected XSS via URI handling
Published Mar 12, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary script via crafted URI. The admin/header.php component mishandles URI data and reflects a question-mark-delimited payload in admin/manage-attachments.php without adequate output neutralization. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrative context and a victim to load the crafted link, enabling script execution in that user's browser security context.
