Authenticated script execution via unescaped request URI

Reflected XSS in PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through an import-page URI. The administration header writes the final request-URI segment into an inline event handler without validation or output encoding. A Superuser, Editor, or Writer must open the crafted administration URL; the payload then executes in that authenticated browser context.
