Authenticated script execution via unencoded URI reflection

Reflected XSS in admin/header.php in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted URI. The header prints the final URI segment, including its query string, into an onclick attribute without validation or output encoding. Superuser, Editor, or Writer access and interaction with the crafted admin/edit-comment.php URL are required; script runs in the victim's browser.
