Authenticated script execution via unfiltered request URI

Reflected XSS in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through edit-article.php. The request URI is split on slashes, and its final segment is assigned to lang_header, which admin/header.php writes into an onclick attribute without filtering. Superuser, editor, or writer access and victim interaction are required, enabling script execution in the victim's browser context.
