Authenticated code execution via global-settings injection

Code injection in Chadha PHPKB Standard Multi-Language 9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server-side code. The settings-save path persists POST-supplied global-setting values into admin/include/configuration.php without neutralizing embedded PHP expressions. Superuser credentials and access to the settings interface are required, and successful injection runs operating-system commands under the web service account.
