Unauthenticated code execution via injected UNC path

Command injection in Paessler PRTG Network Monitor 19.2.50 through 20.1.56 allows remote attackers to execute code without authentication. The Contact Support screenshot function passes its unvalidated what parameter as a URI-compatible UNC path through the caller chain to the Chromium engine, which executes it under the PRTG core server service account. A crafted POST request can reach the function when the PRTG web interface is network-accessible, giving the attacker the service account's execution context.
