CVE-2020-10273Network attack vector

Intellectual-property disclosure via unprotected artifact storage

Published Jun 24, 2020 · Updated Sep 16, 2024

Cleartext storage in Mobile Industrial Robots A/S MiR100 firmware 2.8.1.1 and earlier allows attackers to read installed intellectual property. The controller stores installed intellectual-property artifacts without encryption or other protection, leaving their contents directly retrievable. Exploitation requires access to the robot or its network and, for network retrieval, chaining with other flaws; the reported consequence is confidentiality loss only.
