Manipulator halt via unrestricted service termination

Improper service access control in KUKA KR C4 with KSS 8.5.7 HF1 allows physically proximate attackers to halt the manipulator. The Windows Embedded controller permits critical robot-operation services to be terminated through Task Manager without an authorization barrier. Physical access to the controller interface is required; recovery requires brake recalibration by a KUKA technician or KUKA calibration hardware.
