Missing authentication in Universal Robots Robot Controllers allows remote attackers to control core robot functions via Dashboard Server port 29999. The Dashboard server accepts control commands without authentication or authorization, including program start and stop, shutdown, and safety reset operations. Access requires network reachability to the controller service; an attacker on that network can alter robot operation and interrupt service.
