Stored XSS in the MISP 2.4.122 sighting popover allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser via a crafted attribute value. The sighting_field.ctp template embeds the value in a quoted inline onmouseover call, where HTML escaping does not protect the JavaScript string context. Exploitation requires a user to display the affected popover, and the injected script runs with that MISP session's browser access.
