Authenticated web interface crash via null dereference

Denial of service in TP-Link NC-series camera firmware allows remote authenticated users to crash the web interface via a login request. The /login.fcgi handler's httpLoginRpm method passes a NULL result from httpGetEnv for an omitted HTTP_USER_AGENT value to strstr. Default camera credentials can satisfy the authentication gate; exploitation crashes the ipcamera process and leaves port 80 unavailable.
