Internal resource disclosure via URL-filter bypass

SSRF in upload.php in Responsive FileManager 9.13.4 and 9.14.0 allows remote attackers to read internal HTTP resources via crafted URLs. The URL uploader trusts a path-ending extension and resolves attacker-controlled hostnames without rejecting the resulting internal address, so an allowed .ico suffix or DNS pinning bypasses its filters. Exploitation requires URL upload to be enabled and default Apache PATH_INFO handling; retrieved intranet content is stored in the file manager for disclosure.
