Cross-site request forgery in Sumavision Enhanced Multimedia Router 3.0.4.27 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts. The goform/formEMR30 handler accepts an unauthenticated POST whose setString value supplies a username, administrator role, and password. No existing account is required, and exploitation grants persistent administrative access to the device.
