Request smuggling via duplicate Content-Length overwrite

HTTP request splitting in Twisted Web before 20.3.0 allows remote attackers to smuggle requests through duplicate Content-Length headers. The HTTPChannel.headerReceived parser overwrites the first body length with the second, so a zero value ends the body and treats the remaining bytes as a pipelined request. Exploitation requires a front end and Twisted back end to disagree on request boundaries, allowing an unauthenticated client to make the back end process an attacker-controlled request out of sequence.
