Account enumeration via distinguishable password-reset responses

Observable response discrepancy in Zammad 1.0.0 through 3.2.0 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid user email addresses. The Forgot Password function returns distinguishable responses according to whether supplied account input is associated with an existing user. Anonymous network access is sufficient to compile valid accounts for focused password guessing, while the disclosed effect is limited to account identification and resulting exposure to credential attacks.
