Local privilege escalation via arbitrary file deletion

Improper file operations in Microsoft Windows Block Level Backup Engine Service allow local users to delete files in arbitrary locations. The wbengine service processes targets supplied by a crafted local application without adequately restricting the deletion location. Exploitation requires an existing local logon and can remove protected files or obtain elevated control of the affected system.
