User IP disclosure via unproxied badge images

Information disclosure in GitLab before 12.8.2 allows attackers to obtain users' IP addresses through external badge images. Project badge rendering loads configured image URLs in each viewer's browser instead of routing the requests through the asset proxy. Exposure requires a viewer to open a badge-bearing project while its external image host records the resulting source IP address.
