Denial of service via IEEE 802.15.4 length underflow

Buffer overflows in Zephyr RTOS 1.14.2 and 2.2.0 allow remote attackers to cause denial of service via a crafted IEEE 802.15.4 frame. Frame validation accepts address fields whose lengths exceed the packet, so ieee802154_recv subtracts an oversized header length and passes a falsely enlarged buffer to later processing. A small attacker-controlled packet must reach the IEEE 802.15.4 stack; denial of service is confirmed, while code execution is not established and depends on timing and board RAM above 64 KB.
