Remote device crash via CoAP option integer overflow

Integer overflow in Zephyr RTOS before 2.3.0 allows remote attackers to crash a device with a crafted CoAP option. The parse_option function added attacker-controlled option lengths, deltas, and offsets into 16-bit counters without rejecting arithmetic wraparound. The target must expose an application that passes network CoAP packets to this parser; the documented consequence is service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
