Unauthenticated peripheral crash via retry-buffer dangling pointer

Memory corruption in the Zephyr RTOS Bluetooth controller 1.14.0 and later allows physically proximate attackers to crash BLE peripherals. An invalid first Anchor Point packet with both SN and NESN set fills the controller's retry buffer, leaving a dangling packet pointer. Any attacker within Bluetooth radio range can start the connection without authentication; continued packets crash the peripheral or leave it unstable.
