Memory corruption in the VBScript engine in Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and 11 allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted web content. Microsoft discloses only that the engine mishandles objects in memory; no public advisory identifies the affected function or invalid operation. Exploitation requires a user to visit attacker-controlled or compromised web content, and resulting code runs with the current user's rights.
