Local privilege escalation via GDI pointer dereference

Out-of-bounds memory access in Microsoft Windows allows local users to elevate privileges through a crafted GDI StretchBlt operation. The win32kfull vStrWrite01 routine dereferences a nonpaged pointer while processing crafted NtGdiStretchBlt state and later writes through that pointer. Reachability requires a local interactive user context, and the published reproducer demonstrates a blue-screen crash rather than privilege escalation.
